The Dehumidifier working principle and machine function :

THE DEHUMIDIFIER WORKING PRINCIPLE & FUNCTION :       

     

         The Industrial Dehumidifier is a Cooling and heating System air providing Machine.
This Machine is an electrical appliance which reduces on the machine and reduce of the air.

Dehundufier Electrical Function :

           Electrical connections 440 volt power and Copper or aluminum cable. Only 25 or 50 mm cable should be connected to the electrical panel from the power box. The capacity of single machine is 28amp - 32amp, if the capacity of the machine is more than 60amp then 50mm cable joint should be made from the electrical panel power box.
            More than 60A MCB / RCB should be placed between the panel of the dehumidifire machine and the electrical panel. The cable from the panel to the machine panel should be only 16mm to 20mm.
          Machine panel must have MCB / RCB,
Contractor, preventer, sensor, USB, power connector, remote and phase connector.
          And must be on the electrical panel
Swich breaker, MCB / RCB, sensor.

1.Dehumidifire Machine Working System:

         

a. Dehumidifier Machine parts:

          Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve,Reciver Dry, Evporter, Exhaust Fan and High Speed ​​Rotor Blower.

b. Dehumidifier Working system:

          First you have to charge the gas in the compressor then the gas compressor compresses the gas and enters the
condenser as a Moisture in the air condenses on this cold surface. The cold surface is actually an array of thin metal fins through which pipes carrying evaporating refrigerant is passing the expansion receiver drive and the expansion valve is sprayed from the expansion valve to the evaporator then the rotor blower. It will be mixed with air and will come out after cooling.
        If the starting system of dehumidifire is alternate, hot air will also come out.
Where the 40 degree temprechar may be higher.
